2021 Tanglewood Popular Artists Series

When Tanglewood was forced to cancel most of its programming for 2020, disappointment ran rampant throughout the Berkshires. The Popular Artists Series, one of the highlights of the Tanglewood summer season, was especially missed. Featuring contemporary artists known and loved by many, the 8 artists scheduled to perform last year included Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band, James Taylor in his usual spotlight on the 4th of July, and the debut of John Legend at the Koussevitzky Music Shed and lawn.

So, when the announcement that the 2021 Tanglewood Popular Artists Series would revisit the line-up for 2020, a collective cheer went out throughout the land.
Good news for ticket holders for last year’s series. Those tickets will be honored for this year’s event. But if you don’t already have a ticket, hurry on over to the Tanglewood website. Click on “Tickets and Events” and select the artists you want to see. These tickets will go fast, so time is of the essence.
