Designed by Seth Raynor, this semi-private course encircles the campus of the Hotchkiss School. Views from the links include Lake Wononscopomuc and the mountains. Hotchkiss is open to the public after 11:00 AM.
Canaan Country Club, 74 High St., Canaan, CT
This scenic 9-hole course borders the Blackberry River with views of Canaan Mountain. Open 7 days a week from April through November, if you need to improve your short game, practice chipping and putting before heading out to the links.
Undermountain Golf Course, 274 Undermountain Road, Copake, NY
This gorgeous course just over the border is a stunner. The surrounding views of the Taconic Range and the Catskills may compete for your attention while rounding this 9-hole course.
Copake Country Club, 44 Golf Course Road, Craryville, NY
